For Campers
General Booking Information:
Campsite Rules:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm Check-out time is before 12.00pm.
- Late check-out and early check-in request subject to availability and is chargeable.
- Participation in any activities in the campsite is the responsibility of the camper at his own risk.
- Please be careful when using the campsite equipment, once we found any damage of the camping equipment, we will charge full amount of the campsite equipment.
- Strictly forbidden burning on the grass. Keep fire in pits.
- Set up your camp in designated areas.
- Take care of your personal belongings.
- Rubbish disposal is your responsibility. Please take away your rubbish and dispose it into the garbage bin that placed near the main gate entrance.
- Deposit fee RM50/lot will collect when check in. Zakka campsite crews will return it in 72 hours after checked (cash back return or bank in).
- Our services do not qualify for refunds or returns once an appointment is confirmed.
Noise Policy and Behavior
- Zakka Campsite provides small-scale, peaceful, and relaxed campsites.
- Respect fellow campers and local neighbors.
- A LOW NOISE POLICY is in effect from 10pm at the campsite.
- Our adjoining wooded area, owned by us, is closed from 9pm-7am to minimize noise and ensure safety for all. We reserve the right to remove campers not adhering to noise guidelines or acting inappropriately.
Cleaning Policy
- Leave your tent, common areas, and used spaces clean and tidy upon departure.
- Failure to comply may result in a cleaning charge.
- Any untidy areas before leaving may forfeit part of their security deposit for cleaning costs.
Rubbish Policy
- If you bring non-corrosive items such as plastic bags, you must take them away. by yourself to avoid leaving garbage.
- It is forbidden to use mosquito repellent stickers to avoid garbage problems.
- Please dispose of the garbage yourself, take it away or throw it in the dustbin.
